Accountabilities:

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will lead product strategy and execution for solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence and address complex challenges within the healthcare ecosystem. You will act as a key connection point between business stakeholders, technology teams, data specialists, and regulatory areas.

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI-powered healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Translate business, clinical, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and priorities for engineering and data teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to evaluate AI model feasibility, performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Conduct market research and user discovery initiatives with healthcare professionals, patients, and industry stakeholders to validate product opportunities.
  • Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and lead product experiments, including A/B tests, to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, security standards, and best practices such as LGPD.
  • Manage communication and alignment between technical teams, business areas, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous product improvements by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and better user experiences.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in product management, with the ability to combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and healthcare industry knowledge. You should be comfortable working with AI-driven products and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Specialist roles, preferably with digital products involving artificial intelligence.
  • Practical understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, including predictive models, NLP, automation, capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, such as healthtechs, hospitals, healthcare operators, or related industries.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory environments, data privacy requirements, and compliance practices.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Productboard, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining product metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make strategic product decisions.
