Job Description
WinChoice is seeking an experienced Director of Consumer Finance to lead and elevate our consumer financing strategy across our windows, roofing, and gutter divisions. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing financing programs that help homeowners invest in their homes while supporting sales growth and company profitability.

What You'll DoAs the Director of Consumer Finance, you will:
- Lead and oversee all consumer financing programs across multiple home improvement business lines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and fintech lending partners.
- Negotiate competitive financing terms, dealer fees, and lending programs that maximize sales while protecting profitability.
- Monitor financing performance, including approval rates, funding timelines, delinquency, and portfolio health.
- Analyze financing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce funding delays.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align financing strategy with company growth initiatives.
- Train and support sales teams on effectively presenting financing options to homeowners.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state consumer lending regulations, including TILA, Regulation Z, and other lending requirements.
- Prepare and present financing performance metrics and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of leadership experience in consumer finance, home improvement, banking, or a related industry.
- Experience managing lender relationships and negotiating financing programs.
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending, underwriting, and financing operations.
- Experience analyzing financing performance and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence business decisions.
