Job Description

Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem based in the United States.

This is a high-ownership opportunity to shape and scale a technology partner ecosystem within a fast-growing, remote-first software company. You’ll determine which technology partnerships create the greatest value for customers and the business, and where investment should be focused. The role combines strategic partnership development with hands-on execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll deepen high-potential relationships, build new strategic partnerships, and influence which integrations are prioritized. You’ll also develop creative go-to-market motions that turn integrations into measurable customer and commercial outcomes. Success will mean building a scalable, data-driven ecosystem that strengthens the product and creates lasting business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Define the technology ecosystem strategy: Evaluate technology partners and integrations based on customer demand, adoption, strategic relevance, commercial potential, and implementation effort, determining where to invest and where to deprioritize.
  • Develop high-value partnerships: Turn priority integrations into strategic relationships through customer adoption initiatives, education, co-selling, incentives, distribution, and tailored go-to-market programs.
  • Build new strategic relationships: Identify emerging ecosystem opportunities, develop compelling business cases, engage prospective partners, and lead partnerships from initial concept through launch.
  • Influence integration priorities: Partner with Product and Engineering to assess potential integrations and build data-driven business cases around customer value, strategic importance, and commercial opportunity.
  • Create scalable ecosystem processes: Establish efficient frameworks for evaluating and supporting inbound integration opportunities while enabling lower-touch partners to build effectively.
  • Measure ecosystem performance: Define and track metrics such as integration adoption, customer value, pipeline, and revenue to determine partnership impact and guide future investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align strategy, execution, and customer outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives from idea to execution: Take ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional projects, moving quickly from strategic insight to implementation with minimal direction.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of partnerships experience, including meaningful ownership of technology, platform, product, or ecosystem partnerships, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving a technology partner ecosystem, including the ability to explain how you prioritized investments and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to create strategic partnerships end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and building internal business cases to engaging partners and launching impactful programs.
  • Strong experience developing partnership value beyond the initial agreement, including creative go-to-market strategies that extend beyond traditional events, webinars, or partner marketing.
  • Technical credibility and commercial judgment: Able to understand APIs, SDKs, technical documentation, and integration architectures sufficiently to collaborate directly with Product, Engineering, and technical partner teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer value, adoption, distribution, and revenue drivers within technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in developer tools, mobile technology, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or another technical SaaS ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of how developers evaluate, adopt, and integrate technical products is advantageous.
  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging developer and AI tools to understand products and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a remote and asynchronous environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating through tools such as Notion, Slack, and Zoom and working with distributed teams across multiple locations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive equity package within a fast-growing, venture-backed Series C technology company.
  • 10-year exercise window for vested equity options.
  • Fully remote and flexible working environment.
  • Suggested 4–5 weeks of annual time off to support mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
  • $2,000 USD workspace setup allowance to create an effective home-office environment.
  • $1,000 USD annual learning stipend to support continuous professional development.
  • Opportunity to work with a global, distributed team and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • High-autonomy environment focused on ownership, experimentation, rapid execution, and measurable impact.
