Learning and Leadership Development Consultant - Organizational Development and Effectiveness

Work location: Primarily remote with approximately two days per week in the office, can vary on need (seeking local DFW candidates)
Work hours: M - F from 8am to 5pm

Here's What You Need
• Bachelor's degree Human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field required
• Master's Degree Human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years experience internal consultation and corporate training experience working with senior leadership to improve work groups required
• 3 years experience in organizational development and effectiveness strongly preferred
• 5 years experience in a complex, multi-site organization preferred
• Certification or formal practitioner training in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™ and related Korn Ferry leadership development solutions preferred
• International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credentialed Coach (ACC, PCC, or MCC) strongly preferred
What You Will Do
Development Programming: Develops and implements leadership & management development, solutions, in service of the organization's talent pipeline goals and bench strength issues. Design, develop, coordinate, implement, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support the organization's objectives and are aligned with the business plan. Trains trainers and ensures instructional quality.
Consulting: Serves as a consultant to leadership for assigned client groups: discusses and identifies training and development needs, and participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs by following up with training participants and managers to ensure training objectives are met and applied.
Talent Development: Partners with leadership on talent review, succession planning, and talent development processes. Develops and recommends specific action steps to help leader address identified issues.
Change Management: Facilitates organizational development and change management programs for leaders and employees, and specific teams and work groups. Provides coaching, facilitation, and whole systems analysis in consultation with leaders to implement improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
Stakeholder Partnership & Communication: Regularly communicate with client group to determine needs, outcomes, and satisfaction. Identifies issues and trouble shoots them as appropriate. Works collaboratively with key partners including entity human resources officer, HR generalist, system education leaders, and other leadership to ensure effective deployment of content.
