About the Role:
The Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of manufactured products within the refinery and manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for conducting thorough visual and final inspections to verify that all products meet stringent industry standards and specifications. The Inspector will utilize precision measuring tools and techniques to detect any deviations or defects, ensuring that only products that comply with quality requirements proceed to the next stage. Additionally, the role involves performing stamping and deburring tasks to finalize product readiness and maintain compliance with safety regulations, including fire alarm protocols. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in visual and final inspection within a manufacturing or refinery setting.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and techniques.
- Basic understanding of stamping and deburring processes.
- Knowledge of safety standards and fire alarm procedures relevant to manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in quality control or inspection (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector).
- Experience working specifically in refinery manufacturing operations.
- Training in advanced precision measurement technologies.
- Familiarity with computerized inspection and documentation systems.
- Additional safety certifications related to industrial manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
