We are currently recruiting a Asset Monitoring Manager to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise asset monitoring activities to ensure efficient and reliable operation of company assets.
  • Develop and implement strategies and procedures for continuous monitoring of equipment, facilities, and systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate deployment of remote monitoring technologies, sensors, and asset management systems.
  • Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, patterns, and deviations in asset performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to develop predictive and preventive maintenance plans based on monitoring insights.
  • Coordinate periodic inspections of assets for compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Manage follow-up on maintenance recommendations resulting from asset monitoring and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, including maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and replacements.
  • Prepare and deliver asset performance reports to senior management, highlighting results, trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Carry out any other duties inherent to the position as assigned.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field required.
  • Advanced education or certification in asset management or predictive maintenance is an advantage.
  • Training in remote monitoring systems or data analytics is preferred.
Experience & Technical Skills
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in asset management, maintenance, or asset monitoring.
  • Proven track record leading performance improvement and asset optimization initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of asset management and maintenance principles.
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring technologies, sensors, and asset management systems.
  • Skilled in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
