This freelance opportunity is designed for Bengali language and culture experts who want to help improve the quality and naturalness of AI-generated content.
You will evaluate AI responses for accuracy, grammar, fluency, and cultural relevance, helping models better understand real-world Bengali communication.
The role combines language expertise with structured evaluation, rewriting, and prompt-response creation.
You will contribute directly to conversational datasets and AI systems while working remotely from the comfort of your home.
The project offers a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week over a four-week engagement.
You will collaborate with global teams and other language experts while gaining practical exposure to AI and large language model development.

• Evaluate AI-generated Bengali responses for factual accuracy, grammatical quality, naturalness, and cultural relevance.
• Identify weaknesses, inconsistencies, or inappropriate language and provide refined, high-quality rewritten responses.
• Create natural Bengali prompts and responses to strengthen conversational AI datasets.
• Perform structured language evaluation tasks, including preference ranking, factuality and locality assessment, grammaticality checks, and text improvement.
• Apply knowledge of Bengali linguistic conventions and cultural nuances to ensure content feels authentic and appropriate for native speakers.
• Collaborate remotely with international teams and contribute feedback that helps improve language models and AI-generated content.
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards consistently across all assigned evaluation and writing tasks.
• Complete approximately 20 hours of project work per week according to a flexible schedule throughout the four-week engagement.

• Strong Bengali language proficiency, particularly excellent written communication and grammatical accuracy.
• Background as a teacher is preferred, but equivalent experience in Bengali writing, education, editing, or language-related work is also relevant.
• Strong understanding of Bengali cultural nuances, communication styles, and linguistic conventions.
• Experience or comfort with writing, reviewing, editing, or evaluating Bengali-language content.
• Ability to perform structured tasks involving preference ranking, prompt-response writing, factuality and locality evaluation, grammaticality checks, and text refinement.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle linguistic, contextual, or cultural issues.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and consistently apply evaluation criteria.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
• Availability to contribute approximately 20 hours per week for the four-week project.
• Must be located in India and able to complete regional verification accurately without using VPNs or IP-masking tools during recruitment.
