Location: New Orleans, Louisiana
Position Type: Full-Time; Contingent upon Contract Award

Position Summary
CODE Plus, Inc. (CODEplus) is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to serve as Key Personnel on a large, complex Federal management and technical support contract.
The Project Manager leads and integrates a multidisciplinary organization responsible for financial management, business management, technical management, administrative support, quality and performance assurance, and special projects.
The PM serves as the primary management interface with Government leadership and is responsible for overall contract performance, staffing, subcontractor integration, work assignments, priorities, performance, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction, integration, and accountability for contract performance.
- Lead multidisciplinary personnel and subcontractors supporting multiple functional workstreams.
- Serve as the primary management interface with Government representatives and other stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain clear organizational authority, responsibility, and workstream ownership.
- Manage staffing, workload, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, quality, and performance.
- Coordinate technical, schedule, cost, and financial-management controls.
- Manage priorities and resolve resource conflicts across functional organizations and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality recurring and ad hoc deliverables.
- Establish and maintain management controls, performance monitoring, corrective-action, and escalation processes.
- Lead process-improvement initiatives that reduce rework, unnecessary administrative effort, and operational inefficiency.
- Support development and maintenance of required management, quality, safety, security, staffing, and performance plans.
- Coordinate transition, onboarding, knowledge transfer, succession planning, and personnel continuity.
- Support emerging requirements and special projects while maintaining continuity of core operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Federal Government professional, technical, administrative, or mission-support programs.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong program/project management, staffing, performance management, risk management, quality control, and customer-engagement experience.
- Experience managing subcontractors and integrating specialized personnel into a unified delivery organization.
- Demonstrated experience implementing management controls and continuous process improvement.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience interacting with senior Government personnel.
- Specific, measurable accomplishments demonstrating leadership, problem solving, and successful program execution.
- Experience developing or implementing management or operational methodologies that improved program performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large or complex Federal programs in highly regulated or classified operating environments.
- Experience with integrated business, financial, technical, or administrative support services.
- Experience managing fixed-price professional-services contracts.
- PMP or comparable program/project-management certification preferred.
Security Clearance
An active DOE Q clearance or DoD Top Secret clearance is required for this position. Candidate must be able to satisfy all applicable security and access-authorization requirements associated with contract performance.
