As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. We're proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help reimagine our Lead-to-Order (L2O) process on Salesforce — with AI and mobile-first experiences at the center of the design. Beyond optimizing today's workflows, you'll identify where agentic AI can eliminate manual steps entirely, and ensure our sellers can execute deals from anywhere, on any device. This role will drive business process transformation, lead design sessions, and own a structured backlog of requirements, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to land both delivery and adoption. You'll also evaluate our current sales tooling and bring an informed point of view on emerging solutions in the market, helping shape what we build, buy, or retire

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Sales projects across L2O — facilitating requirement gathering sessions, translating business needs into functional designs, developing solution prototypes, and creating detailed documentation to support implementation and training

  • Identify and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities across the L2O lifecycle — including Agentforce agents, Einstein/Prompt Builder use cases, AI-assisted opportunity creation and approvals

  • Define and document AI use cases end to end: intended outcomes, grounding data and context requirements, guardrails and escalation paths, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and success metrics for accuracy, containment, and time saved

  • Own the mobile experience for Sales — gather requirements and define designs for Salesforce mobile (and mobile-optimized flows) so sellers can progress opportunities, route approvals, and act on AI recommendations in the field

  • Assess sales tools in the market and lead build-versus-buy recommendations for new capability needs

  • Partner with stakeholders to establish and document user stories, current- and future-state business processes, and functional requirements

  • Create and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and AI agent behaviors/prompt logic

  • Take ownership of functional tasks and deliverables for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, including testing (functional, UAT, and AI output/response validation), training, reporting, and ongoing enhancements

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Data, and Platform teams to deliver comprehensive, compliant solutions

  • Drive user adoption and change management, with particular focus on building seller trust and fluency in new AI and mobile capabilities

What You Need:

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience, with 5+ years of Salesforce expertise

  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order processes and sales operations

  • Experience working on L2O transformation initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled business capabilities — defining use cases, evaluating feasibility, and measuring outcomes

  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a sales environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership

  • Knowledge of sales operations workflows

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant)

  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein GPT/Prompt Builder, or Data Cloud

  • Experience designing mobile-first Salesforce experiences and driving field/mobile adoption

  • Familiarity with AI governance concepts — data privacy, model output validation, audibility, and responsible AI guardrails

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
