Patient Details: The patient is a 17-year-old male diagnosed with Kearns-Sayre Syndrome. He is alert and verbal. Due to mobility impairments, he requires total assistance with daily activities. He is dependent on a straight catheter for bladder management. The patient is able to eat orally.

Shifts Avail:
• Days: Saturday and Sunday 9am - 6pm

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
