The Laborer I is an entry-level position responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks to support daily operations. This role assists with loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating basic hand and power tools, and supporting skilled trades personnel. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.

• Perform general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and transportation of equipment or structures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist skilled workers with construction, maintenance, or installation activities.
• Inspect tools and equipment before use and report any defects or safety concerns.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties at job sites and facilities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel: 90%
• Must be able to travel. Typical schedule is 3 weeks on 7 days off.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous labor or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Outdoor and indoor construction or industrial job sites.
• Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and varying weather conditions.
• May require overtime, weekends, or travel depending on project needs.

• Basic knowledge of construction or industrial work practices.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Forklift, aerial lift, or equipment certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
