The professional will be responsible for developing, improving, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while ensuring technical quality, security, and alignment with business requirements.

• Implement approved requirements from team backlogs, ensuring delivery according to acceptance criteria and defined testing scenarios.
• Support the documentation and refinement of user stories, ensuring requirements are clear and ready for implementation.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to support product discovery and solution design initiatives.
• Create and execute automated tests on the platform, including unit and regression testing, ensuring functionality reliability.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimation, prioritization, and continuous improvement discussions.
• Execute assigned technical activities while proactively identifying and communicating blockers or risks.
• Act as a technical reference for the team, promoting ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and high-quality development practices.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to continuously improve platform capabilities and user experience.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience with ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of platform configuration, scripting, testing, and enterprise solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate degree completed in Technology-related fields.
• Professional experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Knowledge and experience with GRC and/or Vulnerability Assessment (VA) solutions.
• Official ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Completion of official ServiceNow training paths, including:
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals.
  • Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals.
  • Automated Test Framework (ATF): Introduction.
  • Automated Test Framework (ATF): Run Tests and Test Suites.
  • Automated Test Framework (ATF): Create and Schedule Tests and Test Suites.
