This is a remote product design opportunity focused on creating high-quality digital experiences for a global wellness platform.
You will contribute to key product journeys within a multidisciplinary environment spanning multiple regions and time zones.
The role places strong emphasis on UI quality, visual consistency, and detailed design handoffs.
You will work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and engineers to bring product experiences from concept to implementation.
A significant part of the role involves working in Figma, organizing components, and documenting designs for both development teams and AI-enabled workflows.

- Deliver high-quality user interfaces with strong attention to detail, usability, and visual consistency across key product journeys.
- Create and maintain clear, structured, developer-ready design handoffs in Figma, ensuring designs are accurately translated into implementation.
- Organize and document design files, components, and specifications so they can be effectively used by engineering teams and internal AI-powered tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support the delivery of new product features.
- Contribute to maintaining design quality and consistency across the broader digital product experience.
- Participate actively in team ceremonies, discussions, and planning activities while staying aligned with product priorities.
- Continuously develop expertise in UI design, product design fundamentals, design systems, and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive team environment by supporting collaboration, balance, and a culture centered on well-being.
- Previous professional experience with UI design and Figma is required.
- Experience in digital product design, ideally within technology companies, startups, or other product-driven environments.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including file organization, component usage, and preparation of designs for developer handoff.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in UI refinement, visual consistency, and design quality.
- Interest in Design Systems and understanding of how consistent experiences can be created and maintained at scale.
- Curiosity about AI and its evolving role in design workflows, with an interest in contributing to AI-assisted design practices.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with designers, Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing design tasks and documentation with limited supervision.
- Ability to read and write in English for design documentation and handoffs, with willingness to continue developing spoken English communication.
