  • Coordinate EHS incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes while monitoring progress toward resolution.
  • Maintain compliance registers and oversee alignment with applicable international, national, and local EHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Support audit and assurance activities by preparing documentation, coordinating site readiness, and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
  • Deliver consolidated EHS reporting, trend analysis, and risk insights to leadership teams and governance committees.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, awareness initiatives, training programs, and collaboration with operational stakeholders.
  • Partner with safety, quality, risk, maintenance, and operational teams to strengthen governance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced EHS professional with strong knowledge of international safety frameworks, risk management, and operational environments. You bring the ability to influence stakeholders globally and drive consistent standards across complex organizations.

  • Professional certification preferred, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CRSP, CSP, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive EHS experience within aviation, industrial, manufacturing, or operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing EHS programs across international locations or multi-site organizations.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and standardize global policies, procedures, and safety frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of EHS regulations, risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation, audits, and compliance management.
  • Familiarity with management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an asset.
  • Experience supporting safety management systems and integrating EHS practices into operational environments.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and matrixed teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, reporting, and presentation skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership.
  • Ability to support security clearance requirements applicable to the role.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to contribute to global safety initiatives within a highly specialized aviation environment.
