The Data and Business Analytics Sr. Consultant will support strategic business initiatives by analyzing data, improving processes, and delivering insights that guide decision-making. The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and operational partners to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities, translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Gather, document, and clarify requirements while creating business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and presentations.
• Define key performance indicators, success metrics, and reporting frameworks for business initiatives.
• Extract, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to answer business questions and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify operational issues and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, and operations partners to support implementation of analytics solutions.
• Validate data accuracy, document reporting logic, and contribute to data governance and quality initiatives.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, risks, and project updates clearly to business and technical audiences.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights. This professional should be comfortable working independently, managing complex initiatives, and collaborating across teams.

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or a related discipline.
• Experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
• Experience with process improvement, process mapping, and business optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of data storytelling, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts is preferred.
• Experience with Python, R, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, data modeling, or cloud analytics platforms is a plus.
