About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing user-centered designs for our web-based platform Experts Exchange. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and Lead Designer to create visually appealing and intuitive designs that meet our members’ needs.

Qualifications:

-Strong knowledge of basic core web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as best practices with responsive design and accessibility.

-Experience working in an Agile environment.

-Project management experience.

-Strong communication skills.

-Motivated and data-driven with proven attention to detail.

-Experience managing and implementing a consistent design system

Responsibilities:

-Ensure design consistency across all platforms (Web,iOS and Android)

-Create workflows, low fidelity wireframes, and create clickable prototypes.

-Assist and oversee UX competitive market research as well as usability/testing.

-Work with key stakeholders and present ideas / designs, and incorporate stakeholder and member feedback
