Strive Dental Management is recruiting on behalf of Avery Ranch Dental. We are seeking a personable, team focused, and customer service oriented Registered Dental Assistant to be part of our growing, fun-loving team. Join us in our mission: Happy Patients - Every Visit!

Responsibilities:

Assists dentist during examination and treatment of patients

Maintains dental supplies are stocked

Ensures that all company policies and procedures are being followed

Sustaining patient comfort and educating them on dental procedures

Take X-rays

Manage infection control-prepare and sterilize instruments as well as your assigned operatory

Other duties as needed

It is essential to be flexible, friendly and work in a team environment. In addition, the Dental Assistant must display excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Registered Dental Assistant Certification required (MUST have proof of licensure)
