Looking for a solid, experienced residential service plumber who wants consistency, good pay, and a team that has their back.
Base pay + performance incentive
Our techs earn between $90K–$160K

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Build real relationships with customers
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear options
  • Perform residential service work (water heaters, fixtures, gas, piping, etc.)
  • Deliver clean, professional, code-compliant installs

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years residential service plumbing experience
  • Strong communication - comfortable with homeowners
  • Confidence educating/explaining plumbing issues
  • Reliable, professional, and takes pride in your work
  • Able to follow systems and processes
