Job Description

Program/Project Manager

Summary: The Program/Project Manager leads planning, execution, delivery and administration across multiple concurrent initiatives, keeping cost, schedule, and quality on track while advancing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage plans, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources across a portfolio of projects.
  • Coordinate SMEs, strategists, artists and designers, removing obstacles and keeping the team connected, motivated and aligned to mission outcomes and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring responsive communication and high satisfaction.
  • Run status reviews, produce deliverables and reporting (from administration to contract reporting, accounting, after-action reporting), while ensuring contract compliance.
  • Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team performance.
  • Support business development by shaping proposal management plans, pricing inputs, and customer strategy sessions.
  • Aid in brainstorms and collaborations with an eye toward summations, follow-up and accountabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years managing projects or programs, ideally under DoD/DoN/NAVAIR contracts (FFP, T&M, cost-plus).
  • Working knowledge of earned value management, DFARS/FAR basics, and contract deliverable management.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent management certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency with project and productivity tools (MS O365, MS Project, Jira, MIRO, or similar).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
