DC Engineering is seeking Engineers to join our growing team in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho!
We are currently considering candidates with backgrounds in Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural Engineering.

Position Overview
As a member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of projects across a variety of industries and markets. Responsibilities and project leadership opportunities will be aligned with your experience level and career goals.
Job Duties:
Engineering & Technical Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and development of engineering systems and solutions.
- Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and technical evaluations.
- Prepare construction documents, drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes.
- Support field investigations, site visits, and project meetings as needed.
Project Support & Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, clients, and contractors.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
- Assist with proposal development and project documentation.
- Communicate project status and technical information effectively.
Professional Development:
- Continue developing technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
- Pursue professional licensure and certifications where applicable.

Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering field from an ABET-accredited university.
- EIT certification preferred for entry-level candidates but not required.
- PE license preferred for experienced candidates but not required.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in engineering consulting, industrial, commercial, and/or retail industries.
- Experience with industry-standard engineering software.
- Project coordination or project leadership experience.
- Client-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills.
