  • Evaluate franchisee goals, profit-and-loss statements, financial constraints, and market conditions to develop tailored recommendations.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with applicable business requirements, operating procedures, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Legal teams on franchise renewal discussions, monitor agreement expiration dates, and proactively address financial and operational considerations.
  • Support the adoption of brand initiatives and the development of new franchise centers across assigned territories.
  • Facilitate training initiatives that equip franchisees with practical tools and insights to improve performance and sustain growth.
  • Travel nationally approximately 50%–75% of the time, including overnight visits and meetings with franchisees and staff.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support franchisee success and business objectives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, relationship-focused professional with experience supporting franchise operations and driving measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and operational performance. You should combine strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence franchise owners, manage competing priorities, and work independently in a remote environment.

  • At least 5 years of experience within a franchise organization, supporting franchisee performance and unit growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing revenue and profitability while meeting operational targets and brand standards.
  • Experience working remotely and managing responsibilities independently across multiple locations or teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret franchisee profit-and-loss statements, identify financial drivers, and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, communication, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to communicate business concepts, programs, and performance expectations clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn operational and financial data into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience facilitating training or coaching initiatives that help franchisees improve business performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight and nationally approximately 50%–75% of the time.
