What You’ll Do

• Meet with families and guide them through pre-planning with care and clarity
• Educate—not sell—so families can make confident decisions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through daily outreach and follow-up
• Stay consistent with activity expectations that drive appointments and results
• Communicate clearly with your team to ensure families are fully supported
• Represent a trusted organization with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and emotional awareness
• Bilingual Spanish speaker who is fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken
• A service mindset
• Coachability and willingness to grow
• Ability to work a rotating Monday–Sunday schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma required (college preferred)
• Some overtime to be expected on occasion
