• Welcome customers, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend Acura vehicles that fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
• Explain Acura models, features, technology, warranties, and ownership benefits clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives while following dealership procedures.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial inquiry and vehicle selection through final delivery.
• Use the dealership CRM to manage leads, appointments, follow-up activities, sold customers, and prospective buyers.
• Build lasting customer relationships that support repeat business, referrals, and high customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on Acura inventory, product updates, incentives, financing and leasing options, and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and other sales associates to meet or exceed individual and dealership goals.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming showroom experience for every customer.

• Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Professional, positive attitude with the ability to build trust and create a great customer experience.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Ability to learn vehicle product information, technology features, and dealership sales processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Interest in Acura, luxury vehicles, and the automotive industry is a plus.

• Knowledge of Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, or another foreign language is a plus.
