The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading high-performing teams, optimizing workflows, leveraging data to drive business decisions, and ensuring operational excellence across key production functions. This role partners closely with executive leadership to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and develop scalable processes that support business objectives.

Essential functions:

- Lead and develop managers across multiple operational departments.
- Drive process improvements and workflow optimization to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage employee performance, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, IT, Business Intelligence, and Quality teams.
- Assist with budget planning, expense management, and operational forecasting.
- Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience with direct oversight of managers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in scaling operations and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and HRIS platforms such as Paylocity preferred.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience is a plus.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
This position has supervisory responsibilities with managerial oversight and direction from the Director of Operations.
