This is a high-impact global marketing role at the center of a fast-scaling B2B SaaS growth engine, responsible for designing and executing integrated, full-funnel campaigns that drive pipeline, acquisition, and expansion. You will translate complex product capabilities into compelling market narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers across multiple segments and regions. Operating at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and performance marketing, you will help shape how the market understands and adopts advanced security and identity solutions. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, demand generation, and analytics teams to align messaging and execution across channels. The environment is highly dynamic, test-and-learn driven, and deeply cross-functional, with strong emphasis on speed, experimentation, and measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from complexity, and leverages modern AI tools to scale campaign effectiveness and insight generation.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of global, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive pipeline, new customer acquisition, and expansion revenue.
  • Translate product positioning into clear, high-impact narratives and demand generation programs tailored to enterprise buying audiences.
  • Build and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid, owned, and field channels, ensuring alignment between messaging, audience targeting, and revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with Solution Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Marketing teams to define ICPs, use cases, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop campaign frameworks, briefs, timelines, and measurement plans to ensure consistent execution and performance tracking.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate audience segmentation, content iteration, and campaign optimization.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaign performance based on pipeline impact, conversion metrics, and engagement insights.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline, revenue impact, and product adoption.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and complex B2B decision-making processes.
  • Deep familiarity with core SaaS growth metrics, including pipeline generation, ARR, retention, expansion, and conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, content, design, and performance marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across complex organizations.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, creative development, and marketing experimentation.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range (US-based): $150,000 – $218,000 USD, plus equity (RSUs) and incentive eligibility.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions (401k).
  • Flexible paid time off and generous paid volunteer days.
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs.
  • Mental health, wellness, and coaching resources.
  • Equity participation through restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Remote-first work environment with global collaboration opportunities.
  • Learning, development, and career growth support programs.
