This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, MidMarket based in the United States.
This role is focused on leading and scaling a high-performing mid-market sales organization within a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity environment.
You will be responsible for building and coaching a team of sales professionals while directly driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition across the region.
The position combines hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution, with accountability for both pipeline creation and quota attainment.
You will work closely with sales engineering, marketing, and channel partners to execute a disciplined, repeatable go-to-market motion.
A strong emphasis is placed on customer value realization, ensuring long-term retention, expansion, and advocacy.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong forecasting discipline, executive communication, and a consistent focus on performance excellence.
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing mid-market sales team, ensuring strong hiring practices, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
- Drive consistent revenue growth by building pipeline generation discipline and ensuring execution against new business and expansion targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including account planning, deal execution, and coordinated team selling across internal stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Channel teams to support product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and partner-driven growth.
- Own forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability through structured deal inspection, pipeline management, and executive reporting.
- Strengthen customer relationships to maximize retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term account expansion.
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software environments.
- 3+ years of experience managing and scaling a sales team focused on new logo acquisition and mid-market growth.
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in driving new pipeline creation and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience managing deal sizes from mid-market transactions through high-value enterprise opportunities, including $30K+ and $100K+ deals.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Experience with consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as Challenger or Force Management is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational discipline, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-performance environments.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $163,200 to $192,000 USD, plus bonus and incentive compensation.
