POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the planning, development and implementation of communications for various internal and external audiences via social media channels while supporting brand reputation, patient experience, and service line growth Manages the research, writing, editing and disseminating information on behalf of University Health through various online/social media communication tools both during and outside of normal work hours. Supports team members in responding to patient reviews across platforms such as Google and other reputation management tools (e.g., Yext), ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to organizational standards.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field is required. Two years of journalism, communications or social media management experience is required.
