This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Occupational Therapy Services Supervisor - LiveOT based in the United States.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced occupational therapy professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality educational services in a remote environment. In this role, you will oversee therapy service delivery, manage key school partnerships, and lead a team of Occupational Therapists supporting students across multiple locations. Combining clinical expertise with operational leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, service excellence, and positive student outcomes. The position offers the chance to influence program development, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned school partners, building strong connections with special education leaders, administrators, and support teams.
  • Coordinate and oversee occupational therapy service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with student needs and school requirements.
  • Monitor operational and program performance through data analysis, reporting, and continuous evaluation of service effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address service concerns, resolve issues, and support account management initiatives.
  • Lead staffing efforts by supporting workforce planning, recruitment activities, and maintaining adequate therapist coverage.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Occupational Therapists, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and feedback sessions to promote clinical excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Support therapists in maintaining licensure, certifications, compliance requirements, and adapting to program or technology updates.
  • Foster team engagement, collaboration, and a positive remote work culture while promoting best practices and high service standards.
  • Contribute to departmental projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Licensed and registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) with a minimum of five years of school-based occupational therapy experience.
  • Prior teletherapy experience delivering occupational therapy services in educational settings.
  • At least one year of direct supervisory experience required; three or more years preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain multiple state licenses, certifications, and required clearances.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated commitment to student outcomes and service quality.
  • Experience analyzing service delivery metrics, operational reports, and performance data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Power BI, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, influence stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
