You will support clinical payment processes that ensure accurate and timely financial transactions between research sites, sponsors, and internal teams. You will handle incoming queries, maintain critical records, and contribute to the smooth execution of payment-related activities. Depending on business needs, you may also support system migrations and study reconciliation initiatives, gaining insight into large-scale operational projects. - Monitor, triage, and assign incoming tickets and emails in tracking systems such as Jira to the appropriate team members
- Respond to general inquiries from clinical sites, sponsors, and internal stakeholders regarding payment status, remittances, and system access
- Prepare and distribute payment confirmations and remittance documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update trackers, logs, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping of all payment-related activities
- Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Clinical Payments team, ensuring workflow consistency and organization
- Assist in system migration and study reconciliation activities by preparing data, maintaining checklists, and supporting structured execution tasks
- Track outstanding actions, follow-ups, and communications during migration or reconciliation processes
- Escalate discrepancies, risks, or unresolved issues to senior team members for review and resolution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira is an advantage
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field
- No prior industry experience required; internships or administrative experience considered a plus
- Interest in clinical research, healthcare operations, or financial processes
