Maintenance Technician – Mariner Sands Country Club
Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance in clubhouse facilities
- Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Maintain tennis courts
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies and tools
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance,
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus

Requirements:Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
