You will step into a high-impact leadership role shaping the future of a global, AI-driven B2B supplier network at the core of one of the world’s most advanced spend management ecosystems. This position sits at the intersection of product strategy, artificial intelligence, and large-scale marketplace dynamics, where your decisions directly influence how millions of buyers and suppliers connect, transact, and build trust. You will lead the vision for next-generation AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent matching, fraud detection, onboarding automation, and trust systems. Operating in a fast-paced, global environment, you will collaborate across engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to drive measurable business outcomes. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on product leadership, requiring both long-term thinking and execution excellence. Your work will have direct impact on network growth, monetization, and platform differentiation at global scale.
- Own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-driven supplier network capabilities.
- Define and scale two-sided marketplace growth loops that increase engagement, transaction velocity, and network liquidity.
- Lead product initiatives across supplier monetization, premium services, onboarding, and marketplace access models.
- Drive development of AI-powered features such as intelligent matching, fraud detection, identity verification, and automated workflows.
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Establish and track north-star metrics focused on growth, adoption, retention, monetization, and trust.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate needs and refine product direction based on real-world insights.
- Monitor market trends in AI, marketplaces, and trust systems to continuously evolve product strategy.
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with senior ownership of platform or marketplace products.
- Proven success scaling two-sided networks or marketplace ecosystems with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise products, including predictive analytics and automation use cases.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with strong cross-functional influence.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to define and track success metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of procurement, supplier ecosystems, or spend management is highly valued.
- Experience in trust, identity, or fraud prevention solutions is a strong plus.
- Passion for AI innovation and its application in enterprise and B2B ecosystems.
