Full Stack Developer Technical Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Developer Technical Specialist based in the United States.

This role is focused on building and evolving high-performance, enterprise-grade web applications with a strong emphasis on modern Angular-based front-end development. You will contribute to mission-critical digital platforms where scalability, reliability, and user experience are essential. Working in a collaborative engineering environment, you will partner with backend, UX, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. The position emphasizes modern UI architecture, reactive programming, and clean engineering practices to support complex systems at scale. You will also play a key role in optimizing application performance, improving maintainability, and shaping front-end standards across large projects. This is an opportunity to work on impactful systems that directly support critical infrastructure initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and develop advanced Angular (v15+) front-end applications using modern architecture patterns, including standalone components and modular design principles.
  • Build highly responsive, scalable, and performant user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Implement complex UI logic using RxJS, reactive programming patterns, and dynamic, schema-driven forms.
  • Optimize front-end performance through lazy loading, efficient change detection strategies, caching, and network optimization techniques.
  • Integrate front-end applications with .NET-based RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and reliable system interactions.
  • Collaborate with backend, database, and UX teams to translate requirements and wireframes into robust technical solutions.
  • Apply software engineering best practices, including OOP principles, SOLID design, and reusable component architecture.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end design decisions for large-scale systems.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex front-end issues using browser tooling and performance monitoring techniques.
  • Work within CI/CD pipelines to support automated builds, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end or full stack development with a strong focus on modern Angular applications.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Angular 15+, including routing, change detection optimization, standalone components, and performance tuning.
  • Strong expertise in RxJS and reactive programming for building event-driven user interfaces.
  • Proven ability to architect and scale large, production-grade web applications.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles such as OOP, SOLID, and design patterns.
  • Experience integrating Angular applications with RESTful APIs built in .NET environments.
  • Strong knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and front-end debugging practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern front-end build and deployment workflows.
  • Exposure to distributed systems concepts and messaging tools such as RabbitMQ or Redis (UI integration perspective).
  • Working knowledge of Azure or cloud-based deployment environments is a plus.
  • Experience with Python for scripting or automation is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $103,500 to $181,100, depending on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work schedules to support work-life balance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
  • Life insurance and additional financial protection benefits.
  • Flexible remote work options across the United States.
  • Career development opportunities in large-scale, mission-critical engineering projects.
  • Access to modern engineering tools, cloud platforms, and innovative technologies.
  • Inclusive and collaborative team culture focused on learning and innovation.
  • Opportunities to contribute to systems supporting critical infrastructure and real-world impact.
