You will act as a trusted partner to senior executives, helping them translate complex digital intelligence into clear, actionable business strategies. The position focuses on driving value realization, improving product adoption, and ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from advanced analytics and market insights. You will lead high-impact strategic engagements, build long-term success plans, and guide clients through digital transformation journeys. - Lead executive-level strategic engagements with senior stakeholders to align product usage with customer business objectives, industry trends, and transformation priorities.
- Develop and execute Strategic Success Plans that drive product adoption, customer maturity, retention, and measurable business impact.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and increased customer value through data-driven recommendations and strategic initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex datasets and platform insights into clear, compelling business narratives and executive-level presentations.
- Partner closely with Account Directors and internal teams to support account strategy, long-term planning, and customer retention efforts.
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful renewals and continued engagement.
- Deliver training, enablement, and best-practice guidance to help customers maximize platform value.
- Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, frameworks, and reusable strategic assets for global customer success initiatives.
- Proven experience in customer success, strategic consulting, account management, or similar client-facing advisory roles.
- Strong background in managing senior-level client relationships and driving long-term partnership growth with enterprise or global brands.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations and business value.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working in digital, SaaS, analytics, or data-driven environments is highly desirable.
- Comfortable operating in both remote and client-facing settings, with willingness to travel when required.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
