THE ROLE

We are seeking personable, skilled, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage experiences through craftsmanship, creativity, and genuine guest connections.

This guest-facing position is responsible for preparing and serving quality beverages, guiding guests through cocktail, wine, and spirits selections, maintaining bar operations, and delivering attentive, personalized service. The ideal candidate combines strong bartending fundamentals with a passion for food, beverage, and hospitality, bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant.
• Guide guests through cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and nonalcoholic beverage offerings.
• Make thoughtful beverage recommendations based on guest preferences, food pairings, and the dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor service pacing, and create memorable interactions.
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

Beverage Preparation & Service Excellence

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency, precision, and attention to presentation.
• Develop strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, seasonal ingredients, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Prepare and maintain bar ingredients, garnishes, syrups, infusions, and other beverage components.
• Follow established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Participate in beverage tastings, cocktail development, and ongoing hospitality education.

Bar Operations & Teamwork

• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout service.
• Monitor inventory, product freshness, storage, and waste to support efficient operations.
• Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system.
• Collaborate with culinary, service, host, and support teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily bar preparation responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Understanding of cocktail preparation techniques, flavor balance, and presentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience in upscale dining, craft cocktails, farm-to-table, or chef-driven restaurants is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, food safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shifts.
