This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Account Manager - Indian GSIs based in India.

This role is focused on building and expanding strategic partnerships with leading Global Systems Integrators across the Indian market.
The position plays a key role in driving business growth through partner engagement, ecosystem development, and joint go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in enterprise partnerships, solution selling, and business development to create measurable impact.
Working across multiple internal and external stakeholders, this role requires strong collaboration, negotiation, and leadership skills.
The position offers the opportunity to influence large-scale technology adoption and accelerate customer success through strategic alliances.
This is a high-visibility role for an experienced professional passionate about cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and partner-led growth.

Accountabilities:

The Global Account Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and accelerating strategic relationships with Global Systems Integrators, ensuring successful collaboration, revenue growth, and long-term business value. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead engagement strategies with major Global Systems Integrators in India, building strong partnerships and driving joint business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, partner business plans, and performance metrics to support growth objectives.
  • Create and expand partner programs, including service creation, enablement initiatives, financial models, and business negotiations.
  • Drive adoption of technology solutions within partner ecosystems and support the generation of new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, legal, professional services, and sales teams to align partner initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, OEMs, ISVs, and enterprise stakeholders to create a collaborative ecosystem.
  • Represent the organization in partner meetings, industry events, and executive-level discussions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented partnerships leader with extensive experience managing enterprise alliances and technology ecosystems. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 15+ years of experience in a similar global account management, partner management, or strategic alliances role.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with Global Systems Integrators and large technology partners.
  • Strong background in service creation, partner enablement, business negotiations, contractual discussions, and financial selling.
  • Experience driving adoption of SaaS, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data management, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions and senior stakeholder groups.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences.
  • Experience developing account strategies, KPIs, business plans, and measurable partner success frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business qualification preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and a metrics-driven approach.
  • Experience with competitive technology solutions, particularly in data protection, security, cyber resilience, and recovery.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more as required.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, collaborative, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
