If so, we want you to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative in our Charlotte, NC office!
In this role, you'll work with leads generated through our marketing efforts to schedule appointments for our outside sales team. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Requirements
Candidates must have:

• 2–3 years of inside sales experience.
• Experience working in an outbound call center or inside sales environment making outbound calls.
• High-volume appointment setting and/or inside sales experience required.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Willingness to make outbound prospecting calls and consistently follow up with leads.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, CRM software, and word processing.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is preferred, but not required.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
