The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and financial performance. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.

• Develop business cases, impact assessments, and feasibility analyses to support strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and investment decisions.
• Evaluate operating models, performance metrics, and business processes to identify opportunities for productivity improvements, cost savings, and resource optimization.
• Conduct current-state (AS-IS) process assessments, workforce capacity analysis, and gap analysis to design improved future-state (TO-BE) processes.
• Perform end-to-end business process reviews to identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Analyze business operations, costs, savings opportunities, productivity measures, and efficiency drivers to support leadership decisions.
• Partner with finance teams and business stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling activities.
• Support initiatives focused on standardizing operational procedures, billing methodologies, and compliance-related processes.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc insights to support business decision-making.
• Analyze data trends, patterns, and performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support project planning activities and help ensure initiatives are delivered according to timelines and objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in business analysis, financial operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work with global teams are essential for success in this role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as MBA Finance or CA are preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within finance, accounting, shared services, or global capability center environments.
• Experience delivering business analysis, process improvement, or transformation initiatives within global or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes, shared services models, and operational improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and other reporting tools to create executive-level presentations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams.
