This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Management based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Management will lead the execution of CRM strategies, ensuring customer engagement initiatives are aligned with business objectives. This role is responsible for managing CRM operations, optimizing customer journeys, and building scalable processes that improve retention, personalization, and service effectiveness.

  • Lead the execution of CRM programs, contact strategies, and lifecycle campaigns across relevant customer channels.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies, journey frameworks, and personalization approaches to improve customer experiences.
  • Oversee CRM platform administration, data quality, and system integrations with customer support and operational platforms.
  • Analyze customer, campaign, and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements in automation, self-service capabilities, and proactive customer engagement strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, service, product, and analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with business priorities.
  • Drive adoption of CRM workflow improvements and ensure efficient operational execution.
  • Promote privacy-conscious practices and maintain customer trust through responsible data management.
  • Manage team performance, workload prioritization, and talent development to ensure high-quality CRM delivery.
  • Establish processes, best practices, and operational standards to support scalable CRM capabilities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in customer relationship management, lifecycle marketing, customer operations, or related fields. Strong leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and experience managing CRM strategies at scale are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, customer management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, customer operations, or similar areas.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams or leading operational functions.
  • Experience developing customer segmentation, journey strategies, and personalized communication programs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer data management, and system integrations.
  • Ability to analyze customer and campaign performance data to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, service, product, and analytics.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM platform administration, customer service platforms, or project management certifications is a plus.
