Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will:
- Build relationships with customers through friendly, face-to-face interactions
- Identify windshield damage, rock chips, cracks, or hail damage on customer vehicles
- Educate customers about available auto glass repair and replacement services
- Guide customers through the insurance claims process
- Schedule repair and replacement appointments
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the AGC Auto Glass brand
- Meet individual and team performance goals
