Inventory & Delivery Assistant

We are looking for a person with high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to deliver and help manage Tool Crib inventory at customer manufacturing locations throughout the Twin Cities and northern suburbs.

• Full-Time – 40 hours/week – Monday – Friday 7 AM – 4 PM
• $24-$26/hour – annual performance & salary reviews

Responsibilities

• Deliver, receive, and put away inventory items, perform routine cycle counts – at customer locations
• Enter new items and locations as requested
• Maintain the appearance of the Tool Cribs
• Assist with product returns
• Assist warehouse with cycle counts, repackaging
• Backup to all other Tool Cribs when needed
• Assist with projects in our AS workroom
• Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability and desire to provide friendly & efficient customer service
• Proficient PC/computer skills; comfortable learning multiple software programs. Comfortable working with MS office products – Excel knowledge helpful
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment - position requires work to be done in the office and at manufacturing customer locations
