The Líder Técnico de Projetos will be responsible for leading technical initiatives related to front-end development, performance optimization, and tracking infrastructure. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence technical decisions while ensuring high-quality deliveries.

• Act as the main technical reference for front-end development, defining architectures, technology stacks, coding standards, and best practices across projects.
• Lead complex front-end, performance, and tracking projects from initial analysis through implementation, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, accessibility, maintainability, and alignment with established engineering standards.
• Evaluate and recommend front-end libraries, frameworks, and tools, ensuring sustainable and high-performing technology choices.
• Guide developers through technical decisions, mentoring team members and promoting engineering maturity.
• Collaborate with application developers, paid media teams, infrastructure professionals, and external suppliers to coordinate technical solutions.
• Partner with back-end and infrastructure leadership to ensure architectural consistency across the technology ecosystem.
• Improve web performance through initiatives involving Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, CDN strategies, and other optimization techniques.
• Diagnose and improve tracking ecosystems, including GTM Server-side, Data Layer structures, conversion APIs, and integrations with marketing platforms.
• Ensure reliable data flow between advertising platforms, internal systems, and CRM environments through advanced attribution solutions.
• Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, documentation, and technical workflows while maintaining critical code review standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and project guidelines.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in modern front-end engineering, strong technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to connect technology decisions with business outcomes.

• Proven experience in advanced front-end development with strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web application architectures.
• Experience defining coding standards, performing code reviews, and mentoring developers in front-end best practices.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics and tracking solutions, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Data Layer architecture, and conversion APIs.
• Experience optimizing web performance with measurable business impact, including Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, lazy loading, and code splitting.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex as part of daily engineering workflows.
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure concepts, including Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and integration environments.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to independently solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to present project status, risks, and technical decisions to leadership teams.
