Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Dismantler with mechanic experience to meticulously dismantle late-model vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will follow established processes to ensure efficient and effective dismantling, maximizing the value of each vehicle. This position offers the opportunity to earn $75,000+ in your first year, based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Dismantle late-model vehicles with precision and attention to detail
- Follow established processes and safety protocols to ensure maximum efficiency
- Identify and remove valuable parts from vehicles for resale and recycling
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily dismantling goals

Qualifications:
- Previous mechanic experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to follow processes and maximize productivity
- Experience with automotive parts removal is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Ability to lift, up to 75lbs
- Automotive Tools required

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate based on experience to start
- 100% Flat Rate Pay after 90 Days of Employment
