As a Gestor - Retomadas Leves, you will be responsible for managing legal and operational processes related to vehicle recovery operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent execution. You will act as a key connection point between legal teams, service providers, and operational partners, helping accelerate asset recovery while maintaining security and quality standards. This role combines strategic thinking, performance management, and operational leadership in a dynamic environment. You will analyze results, improve workflows, and support teams in overcoming challenges and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and motivated by driving operational excellence through innovation and continuous improvement.

• Manage judicial and extrajudicial recovery operations for heavy vehicles, ensuring compliance, legal security, and efficient execution.
• Monitor administrative and operational processes throughout each stage of the recovery journey.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between legal teams, external offices, transportation providers, storage facilities, and other partners.
• Provide technical guidance to teams regarding documentation, legal decisions, field activities, and operational procedures.
• Review portfolio performance reports, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop improvements to internal workflows, control tools, and operational strategies based on customer profiles and business needs.
• Support teams in resolving critical situations, operational obstacles, disputes, and vehicle return processes.
• Negotiate directly with service providers and operational partners to ensure effective delivery.
• Present performance results, projections, and operational insights to leadership based on portfolio data.
• Act as a bridge between operational and strategic areas, ensuring collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Provide guidance and support to external teams, including field agents and operational partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing legal, operational, or asset recovery processes is highly valued.
• Knowledge of legal systems and platforms, with experience using CPJ considered an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on performance indicators and continuous improvement.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage critical deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Ability to use artificial intelligence tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar productivity solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage complex operational challenges.
