This role is at the heart of daily flight operations, ensuring seamless coordination between crews, clients, and operational stakeholders.
You will play a key supporting role in organizing flight logistics, maintaining accurate operational records, and ensuring all services are aligned for smooth departures and arrivals.
Working closely with flight coordinators, operations control teams, and fixed base operators, you will help keep fast-moving aviation activities running efficiently.
Beyond operational execution, you will act as a professional point of contact and brand ambassador for clients and partners.
The position requires strong adaptability, precision, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
You will contribute directly to service quality, operational reliability, and overall client satisfaction.
This is a dynamic, detail-oriented role within a fast-paced aviation operations setting.
- Coordinate with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) and operational stakeholders to ensure all required services and resources are prepared for each flight.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records, including flight documentation, invoices, and activity reports.
- Support flight coordination activities by assisting with logistics such as hotel bookings, car rentals, catering, and customs arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely flight operations.
- Monitor operational requirements and stay informed on aviation regulations, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Assist in resolving operational issues quickly while ensuring service continuity and compliance with aviation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing flight data, documentation, and operational records.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple flights and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with aviation operations, regulations, or flight coordination processes is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and flight operations or scheduling software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational demands.
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required.
