• Build and maintain high-performance frontend applications and experimentation tools that enable data-driven growth initiatives and scalable product development.
• Design and implement user-facing features using modern frameworks while maintaining strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM architecture.
• Develop and optimize web interfaces with a strong focus on Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, and overall user experience quality.
• Collaborate with platform and service teams to deliver robust experimentation capabilities and A/B testing infrastructure.
• Analyze and improve frontend performance, ensuring fast load times, efficient rendering, and scalable architecture decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to deliver measurable user and business impact.
• Contribute to code reviews, shared engineering standards, and continuous improvement of development practices within the team.

You are a strong frontend engineer with solid experience building scalable, performance-oriented web applications and a deep understanding of browser internals and modern frontend ecosystems.

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, or Svelte.
• Strong command of core web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM behavior.
• Deep understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience working with modern frontend tooling, Git workflows, and agile development environments.
• Ability to build clean, maintainable, and reusable UI components with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and scalable frontend architecture patterns.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and feedback-handling skills in team environments.
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn, experiment, and share knowledge continuously.
• Bonus: experience with Svelte, CDNs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), analytics tools (GA, Amplitude), or experimentation tools (VWO, GTM, Optimizely).
