This is a part-time, remote opportunity for a proactive sales professional focused on outbound lead generation and high-quality prospecting. You will be responsible for engaging business owners and decision-makers through structured cold calling campaigns and direct outreach. The role is centered on identifying and qualifying B2B opportunities within the U.S. market, requiring strong communication and persuasion skills. You will work closely with sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion performance. Accuracy in CRM management and consistent pipeline tracking will be key to success. - Conduct outbound lead generation through structured cold calling campaigns targeting business owners and key decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads aligned with business acquisition goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Use sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach) to research, source, and manage prospects.
- Engage professionally with C-level executives and stakeholders, handling objections and building rapport effectively.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets related to lead generation and appointment setting.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or B2B sales roles.
- Strong English proficiency at C1 level with clear and neutral or minimal accent.
- Proven experience engaging with U.S.-based clients, including business owners and executives.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent tools.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Availability to work aligned with U.S. business hours (preferably Central or Eastern Time).
- Monthly compensation ranging from USD $1,000 to $1,500, depending on experience and skill level.
- Remote, part-time independent contractor arrangement with flexible work structure.
- Initial 3-month trial period with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.
