This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling within the real estate sector, where you will play a key part in generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. You will engage with potential clients through structured scripts, identify interest, handle objections, and convert conversations into scheduled appointments or live transfers. The position is highly target-driven, requiring consistency, resilience, and strong communication skills in every interaction. You will work closely with sales and acquisition teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and maximize conversion opportunities. Daily performance is measured by activity levels and lead quality, making discipline and organization essential. This is a fast-paced environment suited for professionals who thrive in structured outreach and results-oriented work.

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls (500–600 daily) to potential real estate leads following structured scripts.
  • Generate 8–12 qualified leads per day through live transfers to acquisition specialists.
  • Schedule appointments for prospective clients with sales professionals.
  • Follow up with leads using prewritten email templates to maintain engagement and conversion flow.
  • Update and manage all activities, notes, and deal stages within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Handle objections effectively and maintain a professional tone throughout all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate lead tracking and seamless handover processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in call center sales or outbound cold calling roles.
  • Proven experience working in real estate sales environments with fluent English and a neutral, professional accent.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and strong data entry discipline.
  • Experience using platforms such as Smarter Contact, Readymode, Podio, and Slack is required.
  • Strong ability to follow scripts and structured communication workflows.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven with a strong performance mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
