Job SummaryAs a Customer Success Manager at EON Applications, you will be a critical liaison between our clients and our organization, ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from our SaaS solutions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, drive product adoption, and serve as a trusted advisor to help clients meet their business objectives. This role combines relationship management, technical understanding, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives and help them achieve measurable outcomes using EON Applications' solutions
- Create and execute strategic success plans for customers to ensure high adoption, engagement, and renewal rates
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues before they impact customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to resolve customer concerns and advocate for customer needs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and work with the sales team to expand customer relationships
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI
- Develop and deliver product training to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our solutions
- Document customer feedback and share insights with product teams to influence product development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
- Prior experience working in human resources, with an understanding of HR processes and challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to support customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles
- Experience with business intelligence or data analytics platforms
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Understanding of data visualization concepts and best practices
- Experience with customer success platforms such as Gainsight, ClientSuccess, or ChurnZero
- Familiarity with HR software systems and workforce analytics
- MBA or relevant advanced certification (e.g., CSMP, PMP)
