Job Overview
Our rapidly growing law firm is seeking a full-time bilingual Case Manager for our Marietta office. The Case Manager plays an important role in supporting clients throughout their personal injury cases by maintaining consistent communication, coordinating medical treatment, and ensuring case documentation is properly maintained.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a varied caseload while working closely with attorneys and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates and assist them throughout the treatment process
Communicate with insurance carriers and medical providers via phone and email regarding case-related matters
Order and track medical records and bills through designated databases and provider offices
Obtain documentation necessary to support injury and liability claims
Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to verify treatment records and account balances
Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation
Work collaboratively with attorneys and internal staff to support case development and settlement preparation
Present case summaries to attorneys when requested
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience as a personal injury case manager preferred
Experience with case management software (Filevine preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Professional demeanor and strong client service skills
