This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect in India.
This role is focused on leading the architecture and end-to-end design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will define platform strategy, design scalable and secure architectures, and ensure best practices across multiple ServiceNow modules. The position involves deep collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to translate complex requirements into robust, future-ready solutions. You will play a key role in shaping CMDB governance, integrations, and platform optimization across enterprise environments. The environment is highly technical, solution-driven, and centered on delivering high-quality, scalable ServiceNow implementations. This is a senior-level role with significant influence on platform direction, architecture standards, and delivery excellence.
- Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise standards and long-term digital strategy.
- Design scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and related ServiceNow modules.
- Lead CMDB architecture design, including CI modeling, relationship mapping, data structure design, and governance frameworks.
- Architect and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server-based solutions.
- Design and oversee ServiceNow customizations using Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Workflows, and related platform tools.
- Implement and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities to ensure accurate infrastructure visibility.
- Establish and enforce CMDB governance processes, including data quality, normalization, reconciliation, and auditing.
- Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and architecture reviews for development and implementation teams.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, client presentations, effort estimation, and technical discussions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization guidelines.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise implementations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and implementation best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and both server-side and client-side scripting.
- Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
- Strong expertise in CMDB design, governance, and operational management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and design solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Experience with large-scale or multi-instance ServiceNow environments is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS (ITOM Discovery) are highly desirable.
